The hotel has a lot of character with its unique artistic vibe and intimate atmosphere, making it a memorable stay. The location is perfect for exploring NYC while enjoying the tranquility of Gramercy Park. However, the rooms showed signs of wear and were a bit dated, and service quality seemed inconsistent, particularly during peak times.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially given the extraordinary support from the staff during a challenging time. The unique and beautiful decor, alongside the comfortable ambiance, made my stay much more enjoyable. While the service was generally excellent, I did encounter some inconsistencies during my visit that detracted from the overall experience, especially during check-in. The location adjacent to Gramercy Park is perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action of the city.
